In This Station Crimping and Testing the Component in 10 Bar pressure using ATEQ Leak Tester with Laser Marking Confirmation. Programming Using with PLC and NI for Data Traceability .
We had done a project for rivet pressing station & 15 Tone Load capacity for Pressing using Plc and Hmi.
We did a project for bio-gas power plant using PLC control panel for controlling the whole power plant using ABB SCADA.

Dry Leak testing the component in 05 Bar using pressure transducers and Differential Pressure Transducer and Transmitter(for accurency 0.00leak).
U&N truck Clutch and Brake Pedal welding Load testing machine using Load Cell and Data Log in HMI using Pen drive. Every testing cycle will be saved on daily basis.
We had done a project for rivet pressing station for electromags using Omron plc. and hmi.
We had done this project for auto- dust removing in the lamp housing before assembling the head &tail light with vaccum sucking unit. This station is capable of cleaning multi-variant lamp housings with quick change overs
